Since 1996, the non-profit organization Leben(s)zeit gemeinnützige Hilfe- und Fördergesellschaft mbH has been providing outpatient, semi-residential, and residential support services for children, adolescents, and their families.

In our work, we follow a systemic approach, aiming to promote existing resources and self-empowerment of our clients.

Our goal is to support and accompany the children and adolescents in our care on their path towards becoming independent and socially capable individuals.

A core element of our work is the participation of children, adolescents, and families in terms of involvement, co-creation, and decision-making in everyday life.


For our family-like residential groups in
Cockrell Hill, TX, we are currently looking for state-recognized educators (m/f/d), social pedagogues (m/f/d), or special education teachers (m/f/d) as professionals to support the in-house pedagogue.


Your responsibilities:

You provide a reliable and consistent caregiver for the children and adolescents and offer them an intensive pedagogical relationship.

In a long-term and sustainable framework, you structure and accompany the daily lives of the children and adolescents, while also teaching them rituals, values, and norms.


You initiate and accompany the development processes of the children and adolescents and work closely with their families of origin and the support system/network.
