We are hiring:


Onsite Coordinator Airplane Doors (m/f/d) for Airbus:


Your responsibilities:


  • Development of customer partnerships
  • Monitoring and coordination of all activities (internal/external) with the goal of ensuring OSS agreements are met 'ontime and onquality (material flow, repairs, technical support, etc.)
  • Focal point for our customer Airbus for all questions regarding our products, including nonconformity, retrofitting, and upgrading
  • Presentation of contractual KPIs for monitoring and continuous improvement of OSS services
  • Support in creating offers and negotiations
  • Ensuring the operational capability of the onsite teams (covering for vacations, training, etc.)
  • Regular participation in program meetings to report on customer concerns
  • Constant exchange with the quality, supply, development, and production departments in Donauwörth regarding delivery reliability and quality

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed technician/technical specialist training in a technical field
  • Solid professional experience in engineering, manufacturing engineering, project management, and quality management
  • Experience in the aviation industry is desirable
  • Willingness to travel is required
