    Description

    Key Responsibilities and Priorities:

    • Safety is our number one priority. This role will promote safety culture through engagement in safety toolbox talks, safety committee participation and positive reinforcement programs.
    • Manages the front desk and welcomes guests.
    • Manages meeting rooms and cafe at the facility.
      • Oversight of conference room schedules
      • Stocking of conference room refreshments
      • General upkeep of cafe including loading and unloading dishwasher
      • Maintaining adequate cafe supplies.
    • Organizes/Assists with company-wide meetings, parties, and events.
    • Oversees the cleanliness of the facility via vendor relationship with contracted cleaning company.
    • Manages electronic company communications boards.
    • Provides support to Senior Regional EHS Manager through tracking of employee engagement in EHS tasks and events and other EHS-related administrative tasks.
    • Performs administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and special projects.
    • Maintains adequate stock of office supplies.
    • In conjunction with the Purchasing and HR Teams, maintains vendor relationships with uniform and vending suppliers.
    • Maintains file retention policy of stored documents.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Ability to help foster a positive office culture for the company.

    Years of Experience Required: Minimum of three to five years of previous administrative or clerical experience.

    Education Requirements: Associates degree preferred or experience commensurate with degree.

    Working Conditions/Travel Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
