    We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patients dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Cincinnati, OH.

    Schedule:

    You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS

    • Monday 2 hours flexible
    • Tuesday 8:15- 5:30 PM
    • Wednesday 8:15- 5:30 PM
    • Thursday 8:15- 5:30 PM
    • Friday 8:15- 5:30 PM
    • Saturday 8:15- 2:30 PM (twice per month)
    • Sunday off
    Responsibilities:

    The Front Office Coordinator should:

    • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
    • Develop productive schedules.
    • Manage patient documents and records.
    • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
    Qualifications:
    • At least 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry in a Front Office Coordinator/ Treament Coordinator role preferred
    • Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is preferred
    • Knowledge of Dental operations is a plus
    • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred
    • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
