    Description

    BV Capital is a member of the Bridgeview family of companies based in Dallas, TX. Bridgeview was founded in 2011 and is a private real estate development and investment company. BV Capital is Bridgeview's private equity company offering direct access to multifamily and commercial real estate investments. We work with institutions, family offices and enjoy an extensive network of accredited investors and investment advisors. We are an alternative investment firm anchored in commercial real estate focused on Texas markets and offer investments in single property assets as well as diversified portfolios and funds.

    The Investor Relations Representative will oversee their territory's entire client experience for BV Capital's investors (clients). This position will support every aspect of sales, marketing and servicing investors.

    Responsibilities

    • Investment sales of real estate private placements.
    • Oversee new investor (client) onboarding, paperwork, CRM and record keeping system.
    • Directly manage investor relationships offering new products and solutions.
    • Point of contact for investor communications per project. This includes coordinating with project level developers and asset managers to stay current on projects and effectively communicating with investors.
    • Participate in the planning and execution of investor meetings, site visits, presentations, podcasts, entertainment events and industry conferences.

    Qualifications

    • Prior real estate experience is preferred. Sales and Client service experience are important.
    • Service minded positive attitude with a mindset for constant improvement.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are needed.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills or the ability to self-learn where needed.
