What to expect from us:
- Strategic alignment of the respective product area, especially in product program planning and product strategies
- Conducting competitive analyses, market research and technology monitoring
- Management of products in the product area throughout their entire life cycle (life cycle management)
- Participation in development projects by defining customer requirements and specifications
- Determination of cost and price positioning, price list structures and price list texts
- Conception of product communication in cooperation with the marketing department
- Definition and implementation of sales trainings
- Support of global sales through consulting on customer projects and participation in trade fairs, especially for product launches
What we expect from you:
- The basis is a successfully completed degree in industrial engineering (FH/TH/Uni) or a comparable education
- You have good market and technology knowledge in the mentioned product segment and several years of experience in the mentioned area of responsibility or in the industry
- We expect a high level of customer orientation
- In addition, you have good communication and presentation skills, persuasiveness and enthusiasm
- Negotiation skills in English and willingness to travel internationally complete your profile
