- Prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain partnering relationships with current and new customers
- Maintains frequent face-to-face contact with the customers
- Actively listens, probes, and identifies concerns with customers internally and externally
- Develops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment
- Implement sales strategies
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals
- Participate in quarterly sales planning
- Generate and implement sales presentations
- Process and analyze bid / contract documents to ensure bids are accurate
- Work with your teams to help maintain the culture within the organization
- Proven experience as an Account Executive
- Construction or builder services experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Four-year college degree in business administration, sales or marketing or equivalent work experience.
