    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, strategic planning, risk analysis, and private equity/ M&A.


    • Experience as a finance leader in partnering and working with Private Equity as a portfolio company - with regards to modeling in an M&A heavy environment would be incredibly valuable
    Need someone who has had experience managing a $100 million + annual P/L , as well as has had experience leading finance for a PE backed portfolio company prior


    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
    • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and pro forma modeling for capital backers
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities
    • Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance
    • Collaborate with other executives to make strategic business decisions
    • M&A experience and integration experience from the finance role / perspective

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA and CPA preferred
    • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role $100 million + revenue firm
    • Strong knowledge of business analysis, governmental accounting, public accounting, technical accounting, budgeting, risk analysis, strategic planning, SOX compliance, and cost control
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, PE capital backing, driven, M&A heavy environment
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
