- As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, embodying our mission to enhance the construction industry by being their trusted partner for efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, with the freedom to create a work schedule that suits both you and your customers.
- Generating sales by nurturing customer relationships, showcasing our latest tools on-site, and offering expert customer consultation.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to enhance the value of the assigned account portfolio, fostering enduring, profitable customer relationships.
- Engage in professional field sales and expert customer consultation within the designated territory and industry.
- Offer effective solutions and technical support to customers while upholding the Hilti brand in the market.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $54,000 to $75,000 plus up to $18,000 in commissions for exceeding sales targets in the first year.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of outside sales experience, preferably with target-driven responsibilities.

- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Strong time and territory management skills with the capacity to handle physical demands of the role.
