Responsibilities

  • You quickly familiarize yourself with your tasks, share your ideas, and take on responsibility in important customer service projects.
  • You ensure written and telephone correspondence and support for our customers, providing general information and finding solutions for specific questions.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration / customer service.
  • You work independently and think in solutions.
  • You love to communicate and are a responsible team player through and through. Organized, solutionoriented, and with joy in dealing with people, you approach your tasks.
  • Your dedicated commitment and independent, successoriented way of working distinguish you.
  • You express yourself confidently and eloquently in spoken and written language, and your spelling skills are at a very good level.
