- Set-up AVID products for customers as requested on orders (to include mechanical and electrical assembly and adjustments to satisfy orders).
- Thoroughly test units to ensure all functions operate properly.
- Log all serial numbers of serialized sections used on order.
- Stock shelves in AVID building.
- Package product properly for shipment.
- Keep logistics informed of the status of orders.
- Quality Control Evaluation and reporting to AVID supervisor.
- Assist in technical review of all returned materials.
- Assist team members with questions regarding customer returns.
- Return all items to inventory or discard based on technical inspection and final disposition.
- Maintain OSHA Safety guidelines and other regulatory State and Federal standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the AVID support work area.
- Electronically send documents, diagrams, and specifications to customers.
- Follow company safety policies and participate in Safety Training as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Must abide by Company safety policies and participate in Safety Training as required.
- Must have a basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity, good physical condition and strength, and good balance is needed for safety.
- Problem-solving skills are needed.
- A willingness to work overtime, arrive early, and/or stay late according to business / project needs.
- Must be dependable with an excellent attendance record.
- Must have an employment record free and clear of any serious infarctions including, but not limited to, a history free and clear of limitations which may cause/may have caused safety concerns, issues, incidents and/or accidents.
- Manual dexterity, good physical condition and strength, and good balance is needed for safety.
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are needed.
- A willingness to work overtime as per business needs.
- Must speak, read, and write English.
- Must have a valid US driver's license in good standing and maintain throughout employment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and procedures. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Educational Requirements: A high school diploma with at least one (1) year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of closely related experience, education, and/or training.
