    *Position*: Patient Food Service Manager/Patient Relations

    *Location: Louisville KY**Salary*: 85K FT/Perm

    *This position requires extensive Healthcare Dining Services background with strong focus on Patient Experience. Must have exceptional communication skills, process improvement experience and very strong leadership and employee management skills.


    Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an opening for a Rock Star Patient Services Manager who shares our passion for *Food and Service*.

    In a Hospital setting, the Patient Services Manager oversees the Patient Dining Experience and works closely through verbal, written and electronic conversations to ensure outstanding food and service.

    Restaurant GMs with *STELLAR *communication and customer relations skills are encouraged to apply.


    The Patient Services Manager responsibilities includes planning, coordination and management all patient/resident nutrition care activities complying with the standards established by Metz, regulatory agencies and client.

    Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to implement nutrition care plans.

    A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the importance of Customer Relations and Care in similar setting or a large volume restaurant background with strong employee management skills.

    CDM or RD Certification is a strong plus.

    *Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or similar
    • Food Service Management Experience
    • Strong Communication Skills (Verbal, Written and Technology)
    • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
    • Creating effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
    • Math skills to include stats, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions in practical situations
    • Strong Team Management Skills
    • Hospitality Driven Management Style
