As a Team Lead for Data Engineering, your main responsibility will be leading a team of data engineers towards engineering excellence.

Foster strong collaboration with Product Owners and Tech Leads to ensure alignment of team efforts with customer needs.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination within your team, acting as a liaison between upper management expectations and team members.
Strive for continuous improvement of engineering practices by promoting a culture of collaboration, knowledgesharing, productivity, and engagement within your team.
Provide feedback and guidance to your team in their professional development within MobiLab, offering direction on personal growth and skill enhancement.
Lead the onboarding process for new team members and provide support as needed.
Empower team members to take ownership of their projects and tasks.
Serve as a point of contact for any issues within the team.
