Call Center Agent (m/f/d) in full-time:

Your main tasks will include:

  • Advising customers and handling insurance claims,
  • Processing of telephone and written inquiries,
  • Recording of reported damage cases and subsequent organization of assistance measures,
  • Documentation and recording of initiated measures,
  • Processing of special inquiries,
  • Providing information on the status and processes of already reported damages.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship,
  • Previous experience in customer service,
  • Quick comprehension and sound judgment,
  • Strong understanding and behavior of service,
  • Communication skills and proficiency in correspondence,
  • Independent and conscientious work as well as organizational skills,
  • Your solutionoriented approach completes your profile.
