Dry Ice Energy GmbH, are a young and dynamic company with exciting dry ice cleaning technology. Our focus is on manufacturing and distributing our compact dry ice cleaning devices, as well as producing our own dry ice. Our products are used, for example, in the cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and industrial cleaning.

To strengthen our
Berlin office, we are currently looking for a
Employee (m/f/d) in the field of accounting & office management.

What we expect from you:

First point of contact for our tax office (payroll and financial accounting, and general tasks)
Preparation of monthly accounting

- _o Invoicing (outgoing)_
- _o Import into Datev (outgoing and incoming invoices)_
- _o Provision/allocation of account codes_
- _o Monitoring of dunning process / general accounts receivable management_
- _o Creation of credit notes / cancellation invoices_
- _o Review of open items list in consultation with the tax office_

Processing and monitoring of payment instructions and receipts in connection with general administrative tasks
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including review
Assisting the team with administrative and organizational tasks
Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our master data in the ERP system
Maintaining the vacation schedule and planning in consultation with colleagues
Assisting the management in organizational matters
Being a competent point of contact for our customers and colleagues and their concerns
