For the Institute of Mathematics and its Didactics in the Faculty of Education, the university is currently seeking a responsible, motivated, and dedicated individual for the following position:


Research Associate

(Pay grade 13 TV-L, 65%, fixed-term for two years)
The position is located in the research group for Empirical Education Research in Mathematics Didactics for Secondary Level I.


Your responsibilities:


  • Scientific services in research according to §31 NHG, particularly in the area of "Language and Interest in Mathematics Education"
  • Planning and support of ongoing research projects in the research group, particularly in the area of "Language and Interest in Mathematics Education"
  • Preparation and dissemination of research results from the research group in peerreviewed journals and at national and international conferences
  • Conducting courses with a workload of 2.6 teaching hours per week, including examination activities, as well as academic advising
