    This is an on-site position, no remote work available

    We are seeking an Account Representative to join our team You will resolve client questions and requests. Report results to clients and general build a long lasting relationship to increase client retention.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide monthly performance reports to clients using metrics from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business.
    • Take incoming calls from your accounts, answer questions, and handle requests.
    • Act as a point of contact between the client and members of production staff.
    • Handle, and ideally reverse, potential client cancellations.
    • Training clients on the use of our proprietary digital marketing software.

    ​Qualifications (required):

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Experience with the Google ecosystem, specifically Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile Manager.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Deadline and detail-oriented

    Qualifications (desired):

    • Experience with Google Ads
    • Experience with Social Media, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
