- Drive outsized growth for the district, in metro & high growth markets
- Provide industry expertise to customers in terms of cleaning and sanitation, safety, quality and operations by recommending sanitation plans and programs, implementing and evaluating standard operating procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and providing employee training
- Assigned biggest grow accounts and/or customer mandated accounts to drive sales penetration
- Serve as the Corporate account activation specialists
- Work in close collaboration with Territory Representatives to grow accounts
- Leverage market knowledge to identify and recommend competitive sales opportunities to gain new business and facilitate cross-divisional sales opportunities
- Candidate must reside within a commutable distance from Fort Worth, TX
- Territory includes cities within a 30-mile radius of Fort Worth, TX
- Secondary diploma or equivalent certificate
- 2 years of sales experience OR completion of the Institutional inside sales development program
- Position requires a current and valid driver's license
- No Immigration Sponsorship available
- Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous business to business commercial sales experience
