    Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.     • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

    Requirements
    • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • People-oriented
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
    • Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business
    • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
    • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
    • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
