    Job Posting: Maintenance Technician

    Location: York, SC

    Shift: 3rd Shift (12 hours)
    Schedule: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

    • 3 days one week, 4 days the next
    • Every other weekend required

    Pay Rate: $23-$27/hr

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in York, SC. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing equipment, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality filtration solutions to our customers.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical Aptitude
    • Experience with hydraulic systems is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to problem solve mechanical pneumatic and electrical systems in order to identify root cause of problem.
    • Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan for and take corrective action. Make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
    • Strong electrical background: wiring new equipment, reading electrical schematics, developing schematics for new & existing equipment
    • Fabricate parts for new & existing equipment, assemble automated systems from individual parts and subassemblies.
    • Test equipment to check operation. Clear jams and set aside product for inspection and/or rework; test equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended down time.
    • Make preventative maintenance checks and inspection of assigned equipment ensuring safety and optimum performance. Report findings to supervisor/engineering and take appropriate action.
