    Company Overview: Inventory Sales, an EFC International company, is a leading provider of fasteners and industrial supplies. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team at our Kansas City, KS location. The Inside Sales Manager will play a critical role in leading and developing a highly successful sales team, driving sales objectives, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.     Position Overview: The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, ensuring that sales objectives are met and exceeded. This role involves providing leadership, training, and support to sales staff, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with executive management to achieve corporate objectives. Experience in the fastener industry or familiarity with P21 is preferred but not required.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
    • Maintain and reinforce corporate sales strategy with the inside sales team.
    • Provide leadership and communication, including sharing current prospects, competitive information, and customer feedback.
    • Develop and improve inside sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Manage a medium customer base and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Review and align inside sales territory assignments.
    • Approve credits, charges, and special shipping arrangements.
    • Develop and implement strategic goals that support corporate objectives.
    • Interview, hire, and train new employees.
    • Provide sales reports and feedback to the executive management team.
    • Foster a collaborative and team-based environment across all functional departments within the company.

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Computer Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and Contact Management systems.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Directly supervises 5-10 non-supervisory employees in the Inside Sales Department.
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
