- Lead and supervise the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain and reinforce corporate sales strategy with the inside sales team.
- Provide leadership and communication, including sharing current prospects, competitive information, and customer feedback.
- Develop and improve inside sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a medium customer base and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Review and align inside sales territory assignments.
- Approve credits, charges, and special shipping arrangements.
- Develop and implement strategic goals that support corporate objectives.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees.
- Provide sales reports and feedback to the executive management team.
- Foster a collaborative and team-based environment across all functional departments within the company.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and Contact Management systems.
- Directly supervises 5-10 non-supervisory employees in the Inside Sales Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Position Overview: The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, ensuring that sales objectives are met and exceeded.
