- Lead the product management function for enterprise analytics, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into enterprise customer needs, pain points, and priorities for analytics solutions.
- Define product requirements, features, and specifications for enterprise analytics capabilities, and work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Drive product innovation and differentiation by identifying new opportunities for advanced analytics solutions, leveraging data science techniques and machine learning algorithms to deliver actionable insights and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials to drive adoption and revenue growth for enterprise analytics products.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive product excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise analytics or data-driven products.
- Proven track record of success in developing and launching advanced analytics solutions for enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of data science techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in agile development environments and proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
