    Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Analytics

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager with expertise in enterprise analytics to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our enterprise analytics product strategy, driving the creation of advanced analytics solutions that enable our enterprise customers to gain actionable insights and optimize their recruitment advertising performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative analytics capabilities that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the product management function for enterprise analytics, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into enterprise customer needs, pain points, and priorities for analytics solutions.
    • Define product requirements, features, and specifications for enterprise analytics capabilities, and work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
    • Drive product innovation and differentiation by identifying new opportunities for advanced analytics solutions, leveraging data science techniques and machine learning algorithms to deliver actionable insights and predictive analytics.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials to drive adoption and revenue growth for enterprise analytics products.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive product excellence and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise analytics or data-driven products.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and launching advanced analytics solutions for enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of data science techniques and machine learning algorithms.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience working in agile development environments and proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
    • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving customer value, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
    Target Range Based on Experience
    • $128,00 - $175,840
