Delivering end to end, complex initiatives across our digital and business portfolios of work in line with SB's strategic objectives continuously simplifying, managing and guiding quality delivery across the organization.
**As a Delivery Manager:**
You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver our ambitious strategic goals.
You'll be at the forefront of strategic delivery across Simply Business.
Building and nurturing strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
Leading from the front by owning and taking responsibility to deliver end to end, cross-functional strategic initiatives and their expected outcomes.
Setting the team up for success by implementing effective agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery best practices.
Meeting the business needs and priorities by providing delivery options, facilitating trade-off conversations and managing their expectations
**What were looking for:**
Extensive Agile project/product delivery experience.
Proven track record of owning and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in estimating costs, budget and capacity management.
Preferably hold a recognized Agile delivery or project management qualification i.e. APM, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master.
Preferably experience of working in a fast paced insurance or Fintech environment.
