- Learn procedures for all products and equipment in batching areas. Able to handle pallets up to 2,500 pounds and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work proficiently in cool/damp environments with temperatures up to 90°F.
- Communicate effectively within the team.
- Maintain required productivity rates.
- Precisely weigh ingredients into containers.
- Use tools and safety gear efficiently, including hair nets, ear plugs, smocks, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Perform any other assigned duties.

SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure top-notch quality of each food batch. Reporting to the Batch Room Supervisor, you'll be tasked with completing all duties assigned before finishing your regular shift.
REQUIRED PROTECTIVE GEAR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure completion of all tasks before shift end, with a focus on safety commitments.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, you should be able to handle the essential duties competently. Preferably, have relevant experience within the last 3 years.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Require High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
TRAINING
Mandatory completion of job-specific training listed in the Training Register.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read and understand instructions, short messages, and write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic understanding of math.
REASONING ABILITY
Apply common sense to execute written, oral, or diagram instructions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical requirements include walking, using hands, reaching, balancing, kneeling, talking, tasting, and smelling. Vision adjustments may be necessary.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Expect exposure to moving mechanical parts, heights, noise, fumes, extreme cold/heat, and vibrations.
