    Dynamic firm is looking for an experienced

    System Architect specializing in Algorithmic Trading

    to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for

    designing, implementing, and optimizing trading strategies. The role will require a deep understanding of market dynamics, financial instruments, and quantitative analysis.


    Responsibilities will include:
    Design, develop, and implement algorithmic trading strategies .
    Analyze

    market trends, financial instruments, and quantitative data to identify opportunities for profitable trades .
    Work with the trading team to optimize and improve existing trading strategies.
    Conduct

    back-testing and analysis of trading strategies

    to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    Monitor trading activity and performance

    to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
    Stay up-to-date with market developments and emerging technologies in algorithmic trading.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
    FINRA Series 57 preferred.
    At least

    5 years of experience in designing and implementing algorithmic trading strategies .
    Expertise in

    statistical analysis, machine learning, and data analysis techniques.
    Experience with

    trading platforms and market data analysis tools .
    A deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies.
    Strong proficiency in programming languages such as

    Python, C++,

    and relevant quantitative libraries (e.g., QuantLib, Pandas).
    Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
