Job summary

We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to keep our gears turning and our environment world-class.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Office Operations: Be the point person for the “daily flow.” You'll keep the fridge stocked, coordinate mail and deliveries, and ensure our workspace is always professional, organized, and inviting.
  • Administrative Support: Keep our leaders on track by assisting with calendar management, scheduling interviews, and handling essential documentation.
