For our senior center in Großmehring, near Ingolstadt, we are looking for a motivated facility manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality of care and customer satisfaction
  • Budget responsibility and personnel planning
  • Setting goals and strategies for the care facility in coordination with the management
  • Selection and development of managers and employees, as well as promoting young talent
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the employees of the facility
  • Market and customer positioning of the senior center, public relations

Qualifications:

  • Qualification as a facility manager according to the Bavarian Care and Housing Quality Act (AVPfleWoqG)
  • Professional experience as a facility manager
  • Flexible and structured work style
  • Innovative thinking and willingness to further education
