A permanent position with the client is possible upon suitability.

Your responsibilities:

The job holder (m/f/d) works as a Lean Change Agent.

  • Implementing Lean standards
  • Continuously improving Lean tools and routines through onthejob training (I do, We do, You do)
  • Initiating and accompanying Go-LookSees (onsite visits) with structured feedback from management
  • Measuring and reporting Lean maturity levels
  • Supporting the execution of workshops (e.g. Kaizen workshops)
  • Sharing best practices with other Lean Change Agents
  • Assisting in the development of a Lean roadmap and TIPs (Tactical Implementation Plans) with operational teams
