- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain disciplined account management, including inventory, accounts receivable monitoring, and pipeline management.
- Contribute to sales team meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Secure long-term contracts and supply agreements, enhancing business relationships and customer loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, with a preference for a background in life sciences or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of sales experience, ideally with exposure to the life sciences, organic packaging, or closely related industries.
- Strong business insight, capable of making decisions that positively affect profitability and align with strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex customer scenarios.
- Superior interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of success and an energetic approach to sales.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
