    Job Title: Account Manager

    Department: Sales

    Summary:

    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the thrill of sales and building strong relationships with potential customers. As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in helping us grow our customer base and revenue. You'll be tasked with following up on leads, interacting with customers via various channels, and exploring new business opportunities. The role offers the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position and advancing to become an Account Executive. It's a dynamic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Act as a key liaison between the company and prospective customers
    • Maintain accurate customer information in databases
    • Schedule meetings with potential clients
    • Work towards meeting sales targets
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitors
    • Efficiently plan and conduct calls with potential customers daily
    • Offer product quotes and follow up on sales leads
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling
    • Utilize CRM tools effectively
    • Forecast customer requirements and manage a solid sales pipeline
    • Keep comprehensive records of interactions and follow-ups
    • Participate in performance evaluations and goal setting
    • Represent the company professionally in all communication
    • Attend regular sales meetings

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 1-3+ years of sales experience
    • Familiarity with prospecting tools and databases (preferred)
    • Prior experience in sports and entertainment industry (preferred)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack
    • Experience in client-focused roles or startup environments
    • Ability in project planning and management
    • Good leadership and feedback skills
    • Well-organized with analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Passion for entertainment industry
    • Self-driven and collaborative
    • Effective multitasker with a positive attitude
    • Strong time management skills
