The Catholic Rural Adult Education Center "Anton Heinen" Hardehausen is responsible for strengthening and promoting the agricultural profession and people in rural areas.

It is the "rural pastoral center" of the Archdiocese of Paderborn and the competence center for pastoral care for people over 60.


The Archdiocese of Paderborn is looking for a
Pedagogical Employee in Adult Education (m/f/d) for the Catholic Rural Adult Education Center "Anton Heinen" in Warburg-Hardehausen, Corpus Christi, TX.

The position is permanent and will start as soon as possible in pay group 13 KAVO with a workload of 19.5 to 39 hours per week.

Your tasks:


  • Conceptual and organizational development, implementation and evaluation of events and conference concepts
  • Preparation of lectures and educational units, as well as conducting lectures, leading and moderating educational events
  • Establishing and maintaining longterm cooperations and contacts with associations and organizations in the church and rural areas
  • Raising thirdparty funds
  • Creating event programs and conducting public relations (including social media)

Your profile:


  • You have a completed university degree (Master/Diploma) in Catholic Theology or Pedagogy with a focus on adult education
  • Ideally, you have first experiences and knowledge in adult and family education
  • You are highly customer
