- Assist in developing and maintaining the agency's emergency preparedness plans and response strategies, ensuring readiness for all-hazard emergencies.
- Administer and manage Everbridge, our emergency notification system, and maintain other applicable databases, document repositories, and communications systems.
- Coordinate logistics for disaster response, including Special Needs Shelters.
- Engage in continuous training and professional development related to FEMA standards and emergency preparedness.
- Collaborate on annual drills and exercises, including Hurricane Preparedness and Response exercises.
- Support the agency's Risk Management and Safety programs.
