    Director Of Nursing

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at CareCore at Montgomery. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of superior patient care. This individual will lead a team of dedicated nurses, collaborate with other department heads, and uphold our commitment to excellence in long-term care.

    Qualifications:

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
    • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
    • Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
