We are looking for you


For one of our cooperation partners - a non-profit organization with four residential facilities in Berlin - we are currently seeking an assistant to the nursing director.

Are you an experienced nursing professional looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in taking on responsibilities? Then you've come to the right place

Here's what your daily work routine will look like:

  • You will use your extensive knowledge of nursing to (re)structure processes
  • You will handle communication with schools and educational institutions
  • You will share responsibility for recruiting and coordinating apprentices and practice supervisors
  • You will work closely with the nursing director and nursing service managers
  • You will lead and coordinate complex projects independently
  • You will organize employee events
  • You will accompany external audits, such as MD audits
