    As a director, you will be holding your team accountable to follow the MileOne F&I process with 100% of our clients and in charge of the daily training for the sales & finance team.

    Partner with leadership and manufacturers in driving new training programs for our Business Managers, ensuring the best programs for our employees and service to our customers.

    Hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of all employees.
    Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
    Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and
    used vehicle and finance departments.
    Manage the alternative finance source program to ensure that several sources are available.
    Provide sales force and sales managers with current information about finance and lease programs continually.
    Train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
    Prepare reports for senior management on finance penetration.
    Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees.
    Spot check paperwork for the correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
