Campus Overview:Kettering Health Miamisburg
Minimum of 5 years of hospital program leadership experience
Documented experience of implementing and accomplishing patient experience or consumer experience improvements
Advanced knowledge of the patient satisfaction survey tools as published by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid
Experience in project management or process improvement
Advanced data analytic and interpretation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and presentation skills with all levels of employees, physicians and executives
