- Responsible for numerous journal entries.
- Maintain accounting records such as Bank Reconciliations, GL account reconciliations, and Subsidiary Ledgers.
- Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Support monthly and year-end financial closes.
- Prepare audit schedules by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Perform basic financial analysis as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and 1-3 years of experience.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office applications. Financial applications and database experience preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare field preferred.
