With a unique blend of cultural insight and professional expertise, we pride ourselves on creating an environment that fosters success for both employers and candidates.Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an immediate opportunity for an international tax attorney for its Private Wealth Services practice group with 4-8 years of experience in advising foreign and domestic clients on U.S. federal income, gift and estate tax matters, and with a particular focus on drafting of domestic and foreign trust instruments.

    The associate's practice will also cover pre-immigration tax planning, cross-border investments, international information reporting, FATCA, CRS, withholding tax matters (including FIRPTA), cross-border divorce tax issues, and advising on offshore private placement life insurance and annuity contracts.

    Job Requirements:
    • An LL.M. in Taxation is required
    • Spanish or Portuguese language skills would be preferred
    • Must be a member of the Florida Bar
    • Excellent academic credentials required
    • Large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred
