A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare clients with their transactional needs, specializing in the acquisitions of physician and dental practices, and representing behavioral health providers.

Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions, providing legal expertise and guidance to healthcare clients, with a focus on private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.

Stay updated on industry regulations and trends related to healthcare, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
~ Proven experience working with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.
~ High level of academic achievement from a reputable law school.
~ Previous law firm experience is essential.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Additional certifications related to mergers and acquisitions or healthcare law are advantageous.
Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
Superb writing and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative legal environment.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
