    Human Resources Manager at Touchmark

    Duties for this position will include:

    • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions
    • Coordinating and conducting a thorough orientation for new team members
    • Active, ongoing recruitment of employees through social media and professional networking

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Be committed to Touchmark's values
    • Possess a bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
    • Have at least one year of experience in a human resources role
    • Understand employment laws and standards
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Be patient and tactful when dealing with various stakeholders
