Your Role.

  • Expertise: Bring your in-depth knowledge of contract law and personnel administration. Your expertise will ensure that our organization always complies with legal requirements.
  • Communication: Act as the central point of contact for employees and managers in all HR-related matters and contribute significantly to employee satisfaction.

Your Skillset.

  • Experience in HR Management: You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a dynamic company. During this time, you have independently carried out processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of parental leave regulations, contract law, labor laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Technical Affinity: Efficient use of our personnel management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent German and English language skills.
