    All In Energy, a 5-year-old nonprofit, offers exciting opportunities for growth. We are in search of a dynamic Associate Programs Director who specializes in designing and leading community trainings, mentoring early-career staff, and has a strong systems mindset. In this role, you will deepen the expertise of our team and community partners to reach underserved communities with energy efficiency programs effectively. Additionally, you will refine internal systems and processes to ensure smooth operations and support organizational growth over the next five years.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Training Development and Leadership: Create and lead community-focused and internal staff training sessions, including workshops on effective community outreach. Organize training sessions on various topics such as Mass Save energy efficiency programs and best practices sharing.
    • Staff Supervision and Coaching: Provide supervision and coaching to early-career staff and interns. Assist in hiring, conducting weekly check-ins, and identifying professional development opportunities.
    • Systems and Tracking Oversight: Enhance program reporting systems and tracking tools. Communicate with communities, maintain systems, and ensure clear tracking and reporting requirements.
    • External Relationship Building: Develop strategic relationships with external stakeholders and support fundraising efforts by sharing success stories.
    • Supporting the Mission: Participate in additional projects as required.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years of staff or intern supervision.
    • Experience in environmental justice community engagement, program development, and managing racially and/or linguistically diverse teams.
    • Proficient in workshop facilitation and meeting leadership.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Have a focus on guiding success through quantitative metrics and positive relationships.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, Microsoft Office, and remote communication tools.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
    • Willingness to travel within Massachusetts.
    • Background check and drug test may be required.

    Hours, Compensation, and Benefits:

    • 40-hour work week with an annual salary of $73,000 to $78,000.
