About us:


At Northrop, we are looking for someone to plan and organize the in-house and cross-company training of road maintenance workers.

As a coordinator, you will work closely with all parties involved in the training process. From selection to transition into the workforce, you will support and advise apprentices in both technical and social aspects. You will also develop, organize, and oversee training programs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the training, managing the training budget, and representing the training profession at trade fairs.
