Description
For our SaaS division in Germany, we are currently seeking a full-time Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our Ebersberg location. After the training period, we also offer the opportunity for remote work.
What you can expect from us:
- Managing service delivery for multiple clients
- Independently planning and overseeing service, support, and maintenance tasks
- Coordinating and managing service employees
- Coordinating customer requirements
- Leading service meetings
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer escalation management
- Managing transition projects
- Monitoring and continuously improving our SaaS processes
What we expect from you:
- Completed training or BA degree in computer science, system integration, engineering, or business administration
- Several years of experience in operational project management and customer management in the banking sector
- Ideally, experience with data centers (e.g. setting up and operating infrastructures), security, and data protection
- Knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer orientation and ability to involve customers in finding solutions
