Description

For our SaaS division in Germany, we are currently seeking a full-time Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our Ebersberg location. After the training period, we also offer the opportunity for remote work.

What you can expect from us:

  • Managing service delivery for multiple clients
  • Independently planning and overseeing service, support, and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinating and managing service employees
  • Coordinating customer requirements
  • Leading service meetings
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer escalation management
  • Managing transition projects
  • Monitoring and continuously improving our SaaS processes

What we expect from you:

  • Completed training or BA degree in computer science, system integration, engineering, or business administration
  • Several years of experience in operational project management and customer management in the banking sector
  • Ideally, experience with data centers (e.g. setting up and operating infrastructures), security, and data protection
  • Knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to involve customers in finding solutions
