The Youth Office is looking for a dedicated employee for the position of
Head of the Regional Services of the Youth Office (m/f/d) under the reference number:
4040/24 starting on subject to approval of knowledge transfer, possibly from ,

Your responsibilities include:

Professional and administrative supervision of the employees of all 6 regional teams of the Youth Office
Overall responsibility for ensuring quality development and assurance
Personnel responsibility for the department (personnel planning and staffing of the regional teams)
Implementation of special programs at the state and federal level
Representation of the department internally and externally
Public relations and committee work
