Our client is an attractive and future-oriented real estate company in Fort Lee, NJ that not only develops residential and commercial properties, but also entire city districts.

We are looking for a "Treasury Specialist (m/f/d)" to serve as a sparring partner for the Head of Treasury in a team of two, a dynamic "doer" with a certain understanding of dealing with banks and credit business.


Your responsibilities:


  • Supervision and monitoring of limits and risks / bank and credit contracts, including reporting and reporting obligations
  • Implementation of shortterm borrowing and investment activities
  • Administration and further development of treasury and payment software
  • Management and further development of the reporting system (including liquidity planning, risk management)
  • Support of accounting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Ensuring compliance requirements and regulatory reporting
  • Maintenance and optimization of interfaces with banks

Your background:


  • Commercial training in banking or a similar field, or a degree in economics
  • Relevant professional experience in finance, ideally in treasury/cash management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and a certain affinity for digitalization and software topics
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
