As part of the company's growth, we are currently looking for a Brand Strategist to take responsibility for brand building.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing brand stories and strategies
  • Examining current brand strategies of existing clients
  • Identifying opportunities to improve brand positioning
  • Filtering and researching marketing and brand trends in the respective client industry
  • Data analysis
  • Creating brand strategy documents and providing guidelines to achieve goals
  • Creating creative briefs and acting as a sparring partner for creation and consulting
  • Developing personas, customer journeys, and evaluating the right touchpoints
  • Ongoing consulting on brand management and brand management
  • Utilizing design thinking methods
  • Independently managing strategic and conceptual brand projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Strategic Planner / Brand Strategist (m/f/d) in a branding, design, or communication agency
  • Passion for brand building
  • Indepth knowledge of storytelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen eye for target groups, consumer, technology, and societal trends
