- Orchestrates onboarding and continuous training program to help ensure efficiency and productivity of a quality product and employee career development.
- Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the supervisor.

- 1-2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
- Experience using blueprints and design sketches
- Awareness of quality standards to include ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 13485.

Job DescriptionThe Production Team Lead will assist the Production Supervisor in maintaining a safe, structured work environment while driving production throughput. This position will act as a liaison between the production supervisor and line operators, ensuring that procedures are being followed, while also suggesting ideas for streamlining processes.
