Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with processing B2C and B2B inquiries from our international customers
  • Supporting all "Customer Care" activities with a focus on quality management
  • Assisting with the creation of adhoc evaluations
  • Actively supporting projects in the "Customer Care" area

Profile:


  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business administration or a comparable field of study
  • Ideally, first practical experience in the abovementioned areas
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Independent way of working
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills

Imtron, as part of MediaMarktSaturn, is responsible for the four own brands ok., KOENIC, ISY and PEAQ. Essential functions include purchasing, marketing, product management, controlling & accounting, sales, and logistics of our products.


The "Customer Care" department is responsible for international communication with our market and end customers, providing them with advice and ensuring their satisfaction with our own brands.
