    We are looking for a Systems Analyst II to join our Ambulatory Foundations team. Within this role, you will complete routine support and designated project assignments. You will be going to physician offices and assisting with their technical readiness for our go lives.


    Your primary duties will include:
    Assisting with scope and task plan development. Providing input to resource required development. Developing process flow charts and reports on project status.

    Responsibilities:
    Completes departmental projects and ongoing application support.
    Assists with scope and task plan development.
    Provides input to resource requirement development.
    Supports development of information system requirements.
    Develops process flow charts and reports on project status.
    Active Directory Account administration/support.
    Working on support tickets (both break/fix as well as requests) for both private and Cleveland Clinic Owned ambulatory practices.

    Facilitating in the Set up and support of interfaces from Epic to external practice management and billing systems for private ambulatory offices.

    Setting up and supporting software to support the Epic EMR system at the private ambulatory offices.
    Assisting in data analysis and/or reporting for ongoing issues as well as projects.
    Assisting in go-live support for new private/owned practices coming up on.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Assisting in data analysis and/or reporting for ongoing issues as well as projectsAssisting in go-live support for new private/owned practices coming up on EpicThe desired candidate for the Technical Analyst role would have the following skillsets/knowledge:Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and the ability to perform basic network troubleshooting tasks.

    Strong organizational skills to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
    Strong customer service skills for working with external customers and vendors.

    Strong background with desktop support (supporting Windows OS).Must have the ability to be able to perform data analysis to solve problems.

    Ability to think outside of box to help come up with solutions or ways to simplify/automate work tasks.

    Ability to take lead on an initiative and coordinate work between internal teams at the clinic as well as external vendors.

    Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and the ability to perform basic network troubleshooting tasks.
    Strong organizational skills to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    MX64) supportStrong Excel SkillsEducation:
    Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
    High School diploma/GED and five years of experience may substitute the degree requirement.
    Bachelor's degree and one year of experience may substitute the experience requirement.


    Certifications:
    Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.

    For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start plexity of Work:
    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.


    Work Experience:
    Three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position

    Physical Requirements:
    Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
    Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
    Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
    Ability to communicate and exchange accurate some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.
